The “Fornelli, forchette e fantasia” course includes, per week:
– 10 hours of Italian language group course lessons (55 minute lessons), culinary themed.
– 1 theoretical-practical workshop with tasting of the hand made fresh pasta or ‘gnocco and tigelle’ local products (duration 2,5 hours)
– 1 theoretical-practical workshop with tasting of wine or olive oil (duration 2,5 hours)
– 2 gastronomic half day trips: Traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco wine, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Ham of Modena…
