To register for courses, send the following items by mail, fax, or email to Romanica’s secretariat:

  1. the completed registration form

  2. a deposit of € 150 towards the course fee

Students who need the registration certificate in original, signed and printed on the school's paper with letter head,  the official document of the state of Italy proving the existence and regular activity of the school, which can be required by the Italian Embassy in order to GRANT a student visa, are required to pay in advance the total price of their course. The school can send THE documents mentioned above only after the payment has been received in full.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration including the final details and all the information necessary for your arrival in Modena, and if you wish the address where you will be staying. 

  

REGULATIONS

Registration materials must be received by the secretary 30 days before the first day of the course.

In the event of cancellation of the registration, the deposit will be refunded (less € 50 for administrative expenses) only if the cancellation is received 15 days prior to the first day of the course. In other case the money will not be refunded, however, students prevented from taking part of the course will receive a bonus which they can use within the next 12 months; beyond this period the registration will be considered annulled. 

Payment must be made in full within the second day of the course.

The lessons run from Monday through Friday; the school is closed according to the Italian holiday calendar.

Students who begin a course after the established date, have inconsistent attendance, or interrupt the course before its official end will not be reimbursed or receive a reduction in fees.

If a class is composed of less than 3 students, the course time will be 2 hours per day (instead of 4 hours).

Individual lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the cancellation has not been made in time the lessons has to be paid in full.

The accommodation service is reserved for the students of the school and limited only for the period of the course. The payment of the accommodation has to be made at the school's secretariat within the second day of the course. The accommodation is reserved for the students from the day before the beginning of the course until the day after the end of the course. In order to facilitate the students arrival and departure additional days in accommodation can be allowed. After the booking of the accommodation has been made, no reductions will be done in case of a late arrival or early departure.

The school can send the documents mentioned above only after the payment has been received in full. In case the Embassy requires in addition the address of the accommodation in Italy, the student has to pay in whole the course + accommodation. In case a non-acceptance of the visa application the school reimburses the amount paid (less € 100 for administrative expenses) exclusively against an official document of the Italian Embassy which states that the visa has not been issued and for which reasons.
