TEACHING PROGRAM:

total of 10 lessons of 50 minutes with Italian teachers specialized in the teaching of Italian as a foreign language. The content of lessons is build around the theme of the sojourn (restaurant terminology etc.). 

PROGRAM OF GASTRONOMIC ACTIVITIES:

  1. a theoretic-practical seminar of cuisine including a dinner

  2. 3 gastronomic visits to producers of typical local products:

  • Aceto balsamico

  • Parmigiano Reggiano

  • Tortellini e pasta fatta a mano

In addition a map of Modena and surroundings with indications of typical osterie, trattorie and ristoranti, and their specialities.
